This includes signage, interior remodeling <br />and a front exterior entry addition that would have encroached into the required 30 foot <br />setback along Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Upon receipt of your completed application and plans and verification from Ramsey <br />County Public Works, it has'been determined that you have approximately 12 feet in <br />which to construct an addition. <br /> <br />I shared this information with Frank and asked whether a six (6) foot variance was <br />necessary. After consideration, Natalie contacted me stating that a design would be <br />proposed within the allowable 12 feet. I received a revised plan of the proposal that <br />appears to meet all applicable zoning codes. <br /> <br />Public notice was sent to property owners within 350 feet of your current location and the <br />item was still on the Planning Commission agenda for consideration. However, the <br />Commission Chairperson indicated to the Commission and members of the audience that <br />the item has been pulled form the agenda due to the request being withdrawn at your <br />request. <br /> <br />On a different note, once you complete your fmal interior and facade design plans, as <br />well as signage, please submit them with the completed application forms to the City for <br />review and consideration.
