Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Wiski, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Ordinance 1236 <br />Sunrise Assisted Living <br />2555 Snelling Avenue <br />(PF3159) <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the final R-PUD <br />development agreement for the proposed Residential Planned <br />Unit Development (R-PUD) to allow the construction of a 79 unit, <br />three (3) story senior housing assisted care facility at 2555 <br />Snelling Avenue, be approved, and that the effective date of <br />such planned unit development will not occur until after review <br />and final approval by the City Attorney, and the placing of <br />signatures on the planned unit development agreement and <br />publication of the PUD ordinance, and that no new construction <br />may occur before the effective date of the ordinance. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn, Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />H-3 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9755, <br />approving the indefinite extension of the request by <br />Northwestern College, (PF3144) for FINAL approval of an <br />amendment to PUD #1124 and approval of the FINAL PUD <br />Agreement to continue the hearing indefinitely; and to instruct <br />staff to provide written notice of the final hearing to property <br />owners within 350 feet; and to publish notice in the official local <br />paper. Maschka offered, and Mastel accepted a friendly <br />amendment to change the extension and hearing from indefinite <br />to July 10, 2000. Roll Call on the Mastel motion as amended, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn. Land Use <br /> <br />1-1 <br /> <br />Mr. Wi ski was recognized and disclosed his potential conflict of <br />interest on Item 1.1 due to his social membership at Midland Hills <br />Country Club. Mr. Wiski excused himself from the meeting and <br />was not in the chambers during any discussion on this issue. <br /> <br />Midland Hills <br />Country Club <br />(PF3178) <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to continue the item to the <br />3/27/00 meeting for the purpose of reviewing the final <br />landscaping plan, the final drainage plan, possible time limits and <br />types of noise generation outside the building, and the temporary <br />structures on the site.
