<br />THRESHOLD CRITERIA FOR <br />PROPOSALS IN ALL CATEGORIES <br />(EXCEPT CATEGORY E, PLANNING/PREDEVELOPMENT <br />PROPOSALS) <br /> <br />Proposals must be awarded points on these threshold criteria, as outlined for each <br />category, to be eligible for funding consideration. The applicant must show how the <br />project relates to the threshold criteria to be scored on these criteria. <br /> <br />Category A - Mixed-Use Transit-Oriented Development, <br />Redevelopment or Infill <br />50 possible points - minimum of 20 points on criteria 1 through 4 <br />is required for further funding consideration <br /> <br />1 . Housing Densities <br />0-10 points <br /> <br />Area 1 (Minneapolis, St. Paul, first-ring suburbs): <br /> <br />10 points <br /> <br />Development, redevelopment or infill mixed-use development with <br />residential densities of more than 30 units per acre. <br /> <br />8 points <br /> <br />Development, redevelopment or infill mixed-use development with <br />residential densities of 21-30 units per acre. <br /> <br />5 points <br /> <br />Development, redevelopment or infill mixed-use development with <br />residential densities of 7-20 units per acre. <br /> <br />o points <br /> <br />Development, redevelopment or infill mixed-use development with <br />residential densities of less than 7 units per acre. <br /> <br />Area 2 (Developing Cities within the Urban Area): <br /> <br />10 points <br /> <br />Development, redevelopment or infill mixed-use development with <br />residential densities of more than 20 units per acre. <br /> <br />9 <br />
