<br />2.3 The McCarrons Hills Shopping Center site has a Land Use designation of"C" <br />Commercial and a zoning designation of B-3 General Business District, <br /> <br />2.4 On June 29, 1999 the City Council approved the initial request by Pawn America to add <br />the check cashing operation to their current business. <br /> <br />3.0 STAFF COMMENT <br /> <br />3.1 Staff had initial concerns that there is a greater potential for unlawful business <br />activities with a pawnshop and a currency exchange business being located under one <br />roof.
