The proposed construction requiI:es a Setback Permit in: 'order to <br />place the proposed detached garage 24 feet from the property line adJacent lona Street. <br />Mr. Woller has an existing tuck-under garage, however, the walls are failing and it can no <br />longer be used. Mr. Woller is requesting the Setback Permit to allow construction the <br />garage in the most practical location on the lot. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment. <br />on the proposal in writing or affords them time to comment at the hearing.
