<br /> <br />October 18, 1999 <br /> <br />Ms. Anne Marie Hanson <br />1840 Lexington Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Requested Setback Permit for Allowance of a Detached Garage Encroachment <br />into Required Front Yard Setback. <br /> <br />Dear Ms Hanson: <br /> <br />On October 14, 1999 the Roseville Development Review Committee (DRC) held a <br />hearing regarding your request to construct a detached garage in your comer side yard <br />along Ruggles Street. At the hearing no adjacent property owners were in attendance to <br />address this request. The City did receive support of your request from an adjacent <br />property owner. <br /> <br />The DRC voted to recommend approval of your request, subject to the exterior materials <br />being similar or complementary to that of the existing home and that a site plan be <br />provided as a part of the building permit application that indicates the directional flow of <br />drainage for the site. <br /> <br />Further, the City has received all the necessary responses from the adjacent property <br />owners supporting your development plans and that they will not appeal the City's <br />decision to approve the four (4) foot front yard encroachment.
