Except as noted. the followine: information must be submitted for all <br />avplications: <br /> <br />A. Application and Fee <br /> <br />B. Abstractor's Certificate for each owner ofthe land within 350 feet of the <br />boundaries of the property for which a land use action is requested, plus <br />two copies of mailing labels with names and addresses of properties on the <br />Abstractors Certificate. <br /> <br />C. Proposed plans (2 copies) including site plan. landscape plan. grading and <br />drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building <br />materials is required as well as appropriate photos. Such drawings shall be <br />on 8-1/2"xll" or U"xI7" paper, drawn to scale, and shall be in a <br />reproducible format. <br /> <br />D. A one-page minimum narrative/ explanation of the site planning, <br />landscaping, and architecture of project in detail including the need for <br />the project, any physical hardships, and the expected noise, air, drainage, <br />lighting, waste management. parking, and traffic impacts. <br /> <br />E. Proof that the applicant has control of the property for which land use <br />action is requested (purchase agreement, certificate of ownership, etc.) <br /> <br />F. Additional information or documents required by the City Planner. A pre- <br />submittal meeting should be scheduled with the City Planner <br />(651.490.2236) to discuss any additional information or documents <br />required for your request. <br /> <br />21. Application Process: (to be completed bv CD staff) <br /> <br />A. Applications and accompanying documents are reviewed by the City staff. <br /> <br />B. The completed application is scheduled for the next available Planning <br />Commission public hearing. Estimated date: <br /> <br />C. Planning Commission conducts public hearing and makes recommendation to <br />the City Council. Estimated date: <br /> <br />D. City Council conducts public hearing. Estimated date: <br /> <br />E.
