<br />" <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 8th day of November 1999, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall, and the following <br />members were absent: Maschka <br /> <br />Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9706 <br />Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision <br />at 2245 Acorn Road <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ed Emerson has requested a minor subdivision of his parcel located at 2245 <br />Acorn Road for the purpose of creating two single family residential lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1l04.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a <br />minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, described as follows: (all bearings in this <br />description being based on the South line of said Southeast Quarter as an East and West line): <br />Commencing at a point 33 feet North of the South line and 1221.63 feet West of the East line of <br />Section 8, thence North 8 minutes West 825 feet to the point of beginning of the tract being <br />described; thence East 333.95 feet; thence North 13 degrees 45 minutes East 241.97 feet; thence <br />West 392feet; thence South 8 minutes East 235 feet to the point of beginning, according to the us. <br />Government Survey, Ramsey Co., Minnesota. (ID # 082923440014); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said request will create two lots that meet all applicable requirements (width, <br />depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that minor subdivision to create <br />two residential lots, both meeting the applicable R-1, Single Family Residential District <br />requirements, for property located at 2245 Acorn Road be approved, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />A. A revised survey shall be presented to staff for approval, indicating all existing site <br />conditions, including sanitary sewer and watermain. <br /> <br />B. The two lot minor subdivision shall be recorded within 60 days from the approval of the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Page 10f2 <br />
