<br />4' <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map <br />Changes since 1994 <br /> <br />1995 <br /> <br />. The City Council amended the Comprehensive Plan on September 11, 1995, to change the designation <br />of 3.19 acres from LR, Low Density Residential, to MR, Medium Density Residential. The property <br />was also rezoned to Planned Unit Development to allow the development of Rose Villa, a townhome <br />development with 16 units. The plan amendment was approved by the Metropolitan Council in <br />December 1996. <br /> <br />. The City Council amended the Comprehensive Plan on October 23, 1995, to change the designation <br />of 9.56 acres from LR, Low Density Residential, and IN, Institutional, to MR, Medium Density <br />Residential. The property was also rezoned to Planned Unit Development to allow the development <br />of Rosetown Ridge, a townhome development with 42 units. The plan amendment was approved by <br />the Metropolitan Council on December 18, 1996. <br /> <br />1996 <br /> <br />. No changes were made to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map in 1996. <br /> <br />1997 <br /> <br />. The City Council approved moving the future Twin Lakes Parkway (within the Twin Lakes Plan area) <br />approximately 800 feet to the south in June 1997. <br /> <br />1998 <br /> <br />. The City Council officially mapped the right-of-way for Twin Lakes Parkway (within the Twin Lakes <br />Plan area) on October 26, 1998. <br /> <br />. The City Council revised the Parks and Recreation System Plan in June 1998. In adopting this plan, the <br />City Council changed the future land use designation of four park properties: I) Owasso Ball Fields from <br />LR, Low Density Residential, to P, Park; 2) Pioneer Park from LR, Low Density Residential, to P, Park; <br />3) Owasso Hills Park from LR, Low Density Residential, to P, Park; and 4) the Waterworks Park from <br />WW, Waterworks, to P, Park. <br /> <br />1999 <br /> <br />. The City Council amended the Comprehensive Plan on 1999, to change the designation of .408 <br />acres from LR, Low Density Residential to B, Business.
