realignment (6/97), An official map of the right-of-way has been approved and attached to the Comprehensive Plan Map and thoroughfare plan. A review took place as part of the 1998 Metro Council Mandatory Planning Process, In 1999 the City received a grant from the Federal E.P,A. to investigate and prepare remediation plans for the land within the right-of-way, 2,10 Interim Strategy to Reduce Non-Point Surface Water Pollution Management Plan (Section 8) - Reviewed and approved by the Metro Council memo of October 22, 1999. The new strategy includes adoption of an amendment to the surface water management (Code Section 1016), A new resolution, adopted November. 1999 is also included, 2,1] Parks and Open Space Master Plan and Map (Section 9) - Update the "Parks and Open Space Map", including new parks (Pioneer Park) and new park open space (Roseview Woods). The map also illustrates an updated spreadsheet with park areas and percent of total city area, 2.12 Pathways, (Section 9) - A new map has been produced which indicates on and off- road pathways. 2,13 Community Facilities, (Section 10) - The City Street Map has been revised and added here and to the introduction section to the Plan, A revised sanitary sewer map, interceptor map and flow chart have been added, Also a discussion of inter-community sanitary flow has been completed. 2.14 Collaborative Efforts (Section 11) - The City of Roseville continues as a partner in the collaborative planning process for the 35W sub-region (North Metro I-35W Corridor Coalition). The 1999 briefing book with the basic planning framework document was completed in 1999 and the Phase II transportation planning and build-out plan will begin in early year 2000, One goal of this collaborative effort is to develop a sub- regional plan in time for the five-year update (2003) of city plans, The second collaborative effort involves the Ramsey County GIS User Group in which GIS applications and databases are developed and shared.
