<br />March 22, 2000 <br /> <br />Andre Barte <br />North Suburban Cable Commission <br />934 W oodhill <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Andre: <br /> <br />You requested information necessary to raze a utility building along the northwest side <br />of the MediaOne-Owasso Lake School building located at 934 Woodhill. After the <br />building has been removed, and utilities relocated, the Cable Commission then <br />proposed repaving to allow for an additional box truck parking space. <br /> <br />In order to obtain the necessary permits for razing the building, relocating utilities and <br />paving the new space, you will need the written approval of the owner (School District) <br />and the primary tenant (Media One), as well as the Roseville City Council. Attached is <br />an amendment to the Memo of Understanding regarding the use of the site.
