d. In 1996 the School District approved a ten-year lease between the School, the City and

MediaOne in which a 70-space parking lot was constructed along the southeast side of

the building with specific times allotted for MediaOne and City uses.

5. MediaOne has proposed the follows:

a. All boom trucks will be stored overnight and weekends at an alternative site within an

industrial area (Shoreview) (Exhibit C).
b. Service vans would exclusively be parked in the southwest parking area overnight and

weekends as well as during daytime service hours. The service van area will be

screened along the south one-half of the west property line with an eight-foot taU board

on board fence. A chain link security will be installed along the south and east entry

gate rear of this lot by MediaOne in 1999.

c. Pick-up trucks used by MediaOne for service activities will be parked in the northeast

parking lot (32 spaces) during day, evening and weekends.

d. All employees would park in the southeast lot (70 spaces) during allowed hours (Exhibit

D).

e. Customer parking for MediaOne would be retained on the east one-half of the

horseshoe driveway along Woodhill Drive.

f. Customer parking for Cable TV would be retained along the west one-half of the

horseshoe driveway along Woodhill Drive.

6. Miscellaneous
a. MediaOne must visually screen the southeast lot from Victoria with low hedges or other

landscaping and/or trees to reduce the parking lot visual image as seen from the street

and nearby homes. City staff must approve a plan for such screening.

82132

2
