MediaGne"

This is Broadband. Thi~ is the way.

October 11, 1999

Dennis Welsch
2660 Civic Center Drive
Roseville, MN 55113

Dear Dennis,

Thank you for taking the time to meet with me the other day to discuss parking issues at 934
Woodhill Dr. As we discussed, MediaOne's parking plans are to relocate our bucket/boom trucks off
site (already completed) wd to park all service vans in the southwest parking lot. We would
construct a "screening" fence to the cities specification on the approximate south 1/2 of the west
property line. We would park our pickup trucks in the northeast parking lot and would use the
southeast parking lot for employee parking during normal working hours.
This plw would allow us to meet the needs of Cor Wilson wd CATV as well as MediaOne's
parking requirements. I believe this solution meets the intent and language of any previous
agreements between the City of Roseville, the sChool district, and CATV:

If you should have any questions regarding these plans or want to discuss them further, please
contact me. We will be applying for a permit to construct the fence shortly wd plw to have this plw
in effect before the winter season.

Thank you for all your assistance as we have worked through these changes.

Sincerely,

~~

Dew Sellheim
Manager of Supply

Cc: Jeff Harkmw
Cor Wtlson
