<br />. County Energy Improvement Loan - No interest, forgivable loan for energy <br />improvements up to $5,000 funded by Ramsey County for low income <br />homeowners. <br /> <br />. State Energy Improvement Loan - Low interest loans up to $25,000 for energy <br />improvements funded by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. <br /> <br />. Rental Ener~ Loan -low interest loan to finance energy related repairs at up <br />to $10,000 per structure for 5 years, funded by Minnesota Housing Finance <br />Agency. <br /> <br />. Rambler Redesign Program - provide a grant for 50 percent of the design fees <br />up to $6,000 for homeowners who are renovating their 50's - 70's style home to <br />provide a more adaptable style for today's families. <br /> <br />. Remodeling Planbook for Post WWII Houses - A Planbook that was <br />developed in collaboration with 15 communities that provides remodeling plans <br />for three of the most common post WW II homes - Cape Code, Rambler with <br />attached garage and Rambler with detached garage. The Planbook is sold to <br />residents at a reduced rate of $10 per book and the proceeds will go toward <br />future editions. <br /> <br />. Housing Replacement Program - City funded program to help stimulate <br />redevelopment of single family lots. The City will purchase, on a voluntary basis <br />only, buildable sites with dilapidated homes. The home will be demolished and <br />lot sold to a homebuilder or homebuilder/buyer team for the value ofthe land <br />only. <br /> <br />. Roseville Home & Garden Fair - City funded annual Home & Garden Fair <br />featuring housing contractors, remodeling vendors, landscape companies and <br />finance agencies. The fair includes seminars, children's activities and door <br />prizes. <br /> <br />. County "This Old House" - provides a tax exemption on the increased value of <br />improvements made to homes that are 35 years of age or older. <br /> <br />. Roseville Technical Resource Center - Provide free technical assistance to <br />Roseville residents including building evaluations, city codes and permit <br />process, scope of work, construction cost information, construction bid process, <br />evaluation of submitted bids, monitor construction process and purchase <br />counseling.
