<br />Restaurants, Clubs and Lodges w/o Liquor <br />In C-l, C-2, 0 districts: <br />~ Buildings shall be located a minimum of 25 feet of any "R" use district. <br />~ A bufferyard "E" shall be installed and maintained along all property lines which abut <br />property in an "R" use district. This bufferyard shall at a minimum include a berm B-2 (3 ft. <br />earth berm) or fence F5 (6 foot masonry wall). <br /> <br />Food Service <br />In C-I and C-2 districts: <br />. A bufferyard "D" shall be provided along all property lines which abut property in an "R" use <br />district. <br />,. Such <br />facilities shall have a bufferyard "F" located along the property lines of the facility which abut <br />an "R" use district. <br />...
