Bradley owns Har Mar Mall and Roseville Center, lwo <br />existing shopping centers zoned S-C Shopping Center District that arc affected by proposed amendments <br />to Sections 1002, 1006, 1008, and 1013 ofthe Roseville City Code related to "twenty-four hour uses" <br />("Zoning OrdiIiance Amendments"). Har Mar Mall ("Har Mar") is an enclosed 428,100 square foot <br />community shopping center located on Snelling Avenue. The Har Mar property adjoins residential zoning <br />districts on three sides: the east, the south, and the west. Roseville Center is i1 74,372 square foot <br />shopping center located in the northwest quadrant of Lexington Avenue and Larpenteur Avenue. <br /> <br />Bradley has reviewed the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendments closely. Representatives of Bradley <br />testified at the December 8, 1999 Planning Commission hearing on the Zoning Ordinance Amendments <br />and submitted written testimony in the fonn of a letter to City Attorney Joel Jamnik, dated <br />December 8, 1999. <br /> <br />On December 8, 1999, the Planning Commission amended the initially proposed draft of the Zoning <br />Ordinance Amendments and directed staff to make additional modifications consistent with the Planning <br />Commission's direction. "lne Planning Commission also recommended approval of the Zoning Ordinance <br />Amendments. <br />
