Section 1002.02 ofthe Roseville City Code is amended by adding <br />21 the following definitions to read as follows: <br />22 <br />23 TWENTY-FOUR HOUR USES: Any commercial use that is regularly open for <br /> <br />24 business, delner y, or involves other significant, outdoor activity durin~ <br />25 any hour between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. <br />26 <br />27 SECTION 2. Chapter 1006 ofthe Roseville City Code is amended to read as <br />28 follows: <br />29 <br />30 1006.01: ESTABLISHMENT: In order to provide for modern retail sales and service <br />31 facilities of integrated design in appropriate locations, the "S-C" Shopping Center <br />32 District is established. It is intended that development within a shopping center district <br />33 be designed and developed as an integrated unit according to an overall plan. <br />34 <br />35 1006.013: PLAN REQUIREMENTS: The proposed development shall be constructed in <br />36 accordance with an overall plan designed as a single architectural unit with appropriate <br />37 landscaping and shall provide for the initial construction of either a minimum often <br />38 thousand (10,000) square feet of floor area or a minimum of six (6) ofthe uses <br />39 permitted in this district. A proposed plan for the ultimate development of the district <br />40 shall be filed with the plans in applying for a building permit. Such plans shall include <br />41 proposals for adequate handling of parking, drainage, vehicular and pedestrian traffic <br />42 and screening so as to allow the City to determine the adequacy of such provisions. <br />43 <br /> <br />1 <br />
