(Ord. 7 27:-;,:-; 12 J9, amd. 199:-; Code) 8 9 SECTION 3. Section 1008.09B.1.ofthe Roseville City Code is amended to as 10 follows: 11 12 1. Any minor extensions, alterations or modifications of proposed or existing 13 buildings or structures may be authorized by the Development Review Committee if 14 they are consistent with the purposes and intent ofthe final plan. No change 15 authorized by this Section may increase the cube of any building or structure by more 16 than ten percent (10%). 17 18 SECTION 4. Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code is amended to add a 19 paragraph H. to read as follows: 20 21 H. Any owner of land who has received a conditional use permit may apply 22 for an amendment to the conditional use permit. Applications for amendment or 23 modifications shall be processed as orie;inal applications except that minor 24 modifications to the terms and conditions of the permit that do not exceed a ten 25 percent (10%) departure from the standard or condition specified in the permit 26 may be approved upon application to the Community Development Director, 27 after the review bv the Development Review Committee (DRC). 28 29 SECTION 5. Effective Date.
