Holmes <br />1821 Dale Court <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend the Roseville Development Review Committee's <br />(DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Tuesday, December 28, at approximately 3:30 p.m. in <br />the Rosevil/e Ciiy Hail Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Brian Olson, 1820 Dale Court, has petitioned for a Setback Permit to allow the <br />completion of a three-season porch to within 22 feet of the property line or an <br />encroachment eight (8) feet into the required 30 foot rear yard setback. <br /> <br />During a routine inspection, the City Inspector noticed that footings for the porch <br />addition did not meet the required code. After reviewing the approved plans and <br />discussing the matter with the builder and owner, it was determined the 30 foot rear yard <br />setback issue was not closely monitored. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment <br />on the proposal in writing or affords them time to comment at the hearing.
