Welcome <br />2. Tour of Sites <br />Included in your packet is a tour schedule. The focus of the tour is on sites that have been <br />identified for improvements in the Renewal Program and are completed or in progress. We will <br />plan to take the 12 passenger city van and will attempt to reach all sites on the itinerary. <br />• NOTE TIME AND LOCATION FOR TOUR BEGINNING AT 5:30 P.M. <br />• See attached tour description. <br />• We will be taking the City Van from City Hall <br />• PLEASE LET KARA KNOW IF YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND. THANKS <br />Assistant Director Jill Anfang and Park Superintendent Jeff Evenson will also be attending. <br />Commission Action: Adjust schedule if necessary, tour sites, review and discuss projects. <br />3. Approval of Minutes of the August 5, 2014 Meeting <br />Enclosed is a copy of the minutes of August 5, 2014. Please be prepared to approve or amend. <br />Requested Commission Action: Approve/amend meeting minutes of August 5, 2014. <br />4. Other <br />Residents Community Survey <br />For your information and review; included in your packet is a copy of the results of a resident <br />community survey that was recently presented to the City Council. <br />5.
