<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 10th day of January 2000, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and K <br />And the following were absent: Goedeke <br /> <br />Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9700 <br />Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision <br />at 2121 County Road "B" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Joel and Phyllis Dillner have requested a minor subdivision of their parcel <br />located at 2121 County Road "B" (mailing address of 2192 Acorn Road) for the purpose of <br />creating three single family residential parcels; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1l04.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for <br />a minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: That part ofthe Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23 West, according to the government survey <br />thereof, described as follows: All bearings in this description being based on the South line of said <br />Southeast Quarter as an East and West line. Commencing at a point 33 feet North of the South line <br />and 499.63 feet West of the East line of said Section 8; thence North 0 degrees 08 minutes West 190 <br />feet; thence West 380 feet; thence south 0 degrees 08 minutes East 190 feet; thence East 380 feet to <br />the point of beginning. (PID #082923440020); and <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said request will create three parcels that meet all applicable requirements <br />(width, depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Parcel B will contain the existing home, which parcel meets all applicable <br />codes; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that minor subdivision to create <br />three (3) residential parcels, all meeting the applicable R-l, Single Family Residential District <br />requirements, for property located at 2121 County Road "B" (mailing addressed of 2192 Acorn <br />Road) subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
