Instruct Staff that the defmition of a site, for the calculation ofJot coverage (25%) should <br />represent the actual space that can be developed by the lot owner, excluding restrict <br />easements which prevent development. <br /> <br />2, Deny Bradley's request for the vacation of the existing utility and drainage easement. <br /> <br />3, Refuse to allow further development at the HarMar Shopping Center due to the fact that <br />the current site exceeds the maximum amount of space that can be developed by 3,4% <br /> <br />Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend the City Council meeting scheduled for January 24, <br />2000, to consider this matter, This is why I wanted to write this letter in advance of the City <br />Council meeting, If you have any further questions please feel nee to call, My office number is <br />612-830-2147, Thank you for your attention to this matter. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />1i1~( <br /> <br />Mark E.
