PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT As recorded on Document Number 1401167 dated June 22, 1956 in Book 1220 Page 331 and on Document 1406977 dated August 17, 1956 and August 27,1956 in Book 416 Page 323 the City of Roseville, a municipal corporation, hereby partially releases the perpetual public sanitary sewer line easement and appurtenances to Bradley Real Estate, Inc., said easement lying over the following described parcel of property lying and being in Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota: Parcel 26, the West 30 feet of the South 30 feet of a 60 foot easement lying within the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, part of a parcel ofland described as Subject to Ryan Avenue; the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, granting to the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, the right to construct, maintain, and operate a sanitary sewer approximately 10 feet deep in and upon the East 30 feet and the North 30 feet of said parcel of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, the center line of such sewer, which is also the center line of said 60 foot easement, described as Beginning at the Southeast comer of said parcel; thence Northerly, following the East line of said parcel, a distance of approximately 626 feet to the Northeast COmer of said parcel; thence Westerly, following the North line of said parcel, a distance of approximately 660 feet to the Northwest corner of said parcel.
