Nei~borhood Meetings: <br /> <br />Applicant's requesting a Planned Unit Development (PUD), rezoning, conditional use <br />permit, plat, minor subdivision, variance, or platting of property are encouraged to <br />conduct a neighborhood meeting at least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled <br />Planning Commission Public Hearing, and to send notices to all of the affected <br />property owners.
