<br />Memorandum <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br /> <br />To: , Community Development Director <br />From: Thom <br /> <br />Re: 2001 Miscellaneous Community Development Department Fees. <br /> <br />After reviewing the information I received from a number of metropolitan <br />communities, I have concluded that the establishment of fees pertaining to community <br />development processes is arbitrary: <br /> <br />Very few communities have the same process and the same fees. Each is a little <br />different from the other.
