<br />Subd. 4. Proposed Development and Land Use 1\ction J\nnouncement Sign Fees. 1\ base fee of <br />$165 will be charged for the installation and removal by the City of signs announcing proposed <br />developments and land use actions as required by Section 21022.01 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />This fee shall be in addition to the established planning application fee set forth in Subd. 2. The <br />base fee will cover the cost ofthe installation of one development sign. Tanks Containing Flammable or Combustible Liquid or Gas: Fees. <br />(a) For the installation, modification, removal, or abandonment or any under or above-ground <br />tank, the permit fee shall be $50 per tank.
