EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 13th day of May, 2002, at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None Council Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9996 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A REQUEST BY FAMILY ACADEMY FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE INSTALLATION OF A TEMPORARY MODULAR CLASSROOM BUILDING ON THE ADVENT LUTHERAN CHURCH PREMISIS, 3000 HAMLINE AVENUE (PF3392). WHEREAS, Family Academy Charter School has requested an Interim Use Permit to allow the installation of a temporary modular classroom building at Advent Lutheran Church; and WHEREAS, the Advent Luther Church property is located at 3000 Hamline Avenue, legally described as: The west four hundred thirty-eight (W. 438)feet of Government Lot three (3) except the South one thousand (S. 1000) feet thereof, Section three (3), Township twenty nine (29) North, Range twenty- three (23) West, lying South of the North boundary of Josephine Road (PID # 032923130077). WHEREAS, said application was submitted after the deadline to be processed and placed on the May I, 2002 Planning Commission agenda; and WHEREAS, the application was accepted on April 12, 2002, which application has a 60-day review deadline to June 10, 2002; and WHEREAS, the City Council would not hear the request and recommendation by the Planning Commission for Family Academy until June 17, 2002, which meeting exceeds the review deadline. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Family Academy for an Interim Use Permit be extended for 60 days, from June 10,2002 to August 9, 2002. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Kysylyczyn and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
