<br />Maintenance Fee has been approved for the 2000 budget <br /> <br />1.5 The changes in the new agreement refer to the creation of a new category for <br />membership to the Group. This refers to the "Paying Affiliate" which can enable <br />an organization to join the Group and receive data but not be bound by the <br />agreement and its requirement to share data with all other members. The <br />Paying Affiliate however has no voting rights at User Group Board.
