<br />ATTACHMENT TO APPLICATION FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />257 - 210 SOUTH McCARRONS BOULEVARD <br /> <br />Applicant states that a minor subdivision is required to accommodate the following <br /> <br />facts: <br /> <br />1. Applicant owns the home at 257 South McCarrons Boulevard in Roseville, <br />,which is depicted on the survey prepared by Carley-Torgersen revised to October 7, 1999 a <br />portion of the driveway which serves the home of the applicant is actually located on a very <br />small portion of the property owned by Mary Ann Schlosser, which has a street address of <br />210 South McCarrons Boulevard. The driveway provides access to applicant's home from <br />South McCarrons Boulevard. <br /> <br />2. This parcel is shown as "ingress & egress easement" on the survey; it is a <br />triangle which has side measurements of 18.98 feet, 9.5 feet and 24.51 feet. <br /> <br />3. Mrs. Schlosser is willing to deed the small parcel to applicant; a copy of the <br />proposed Deed is attached. <br /> <br />4. The conveyance will constitute a minor subdivision of the parcel owned by <br />Mrs. Schlosser. The entire parcel now owned by Mrs. Schlosser is described as the North <br />one-half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section <br />13-29-23, and includes about 5 acres ofland. The parcel to be conveyed covers about 90 <br />square feet out of the 5 acres. <br /> <br />5. The parties ask that this conveyance be approved by the administration of the <br />City of Roseville and without requiring a Planning Commission or City Council Hearing, so <br />that the Deed can be recorded prior to January 4, 2000. <br />
