As you can see by the Survey and Quit Claim Deed, the property is a <br />small triangular section which has been and is now used for ingress and egress purposes. <br /> <br />The parties had previously agreed on an easement arrangement, but the Seller opted for a <br />simple conveyance. Given that the Applicant wishes to sell the property and that a tax <br />lien will attach within a few days, we request that approval be given without a hearing. <br />In addition to the Survey and Application we include the original Quit Claim Deed \vhich <br />has yet to be signed by the Grantor. If possible, we ask that you place the required <br />authorization on the enclosed Quit Claim Deed. <br /> <br />Thank you again for your assistance in this matter.
