These, including a <br />single (double wide) garage door, porch connection, window similarities, and matching <br />roof featitre over existing entry, meet the City's conditions stipulated in the Setback <br />Permit approved January 20, 2000. <br /> <br />The recent changes provide the compatibility the City was interested in attaining for the <br />proposed structure, especially in this neig~borhood of late 1940's to the early 1950's <br />homes. ; <br /> <br />This letter affirms your Setback Approval and will allow you to proceed with the building <br />pennit application process.
