The addition will be provided with an 18 foot wide single garage door as suggested. <br />. We are unable to modify the single dormer on the addition to two dormers because it <br />will interfere with the placement of partition walls inside the upper story, conflict <br />with the roof element over the new entry, and impact the closet space in the master <br />bedroom. <br />. The dormer windows will be modified to match the existing house in both size and <br />spacmg, <br />. We will add a roof element similar to that at the new entry over the existing front <br />door and extend the existing deck to connect the two entries, as discussed on the 1 st. <br />. Both the existing house and the addition will be provided with gutters and <br />downspouts, oriented to direct water away from the home and adjacent properties. We <br />will address site grading and drainage with the building permit application as <br />requested. <br /> <br />We have asked our designer to revise the plans accordingly, and will submit a copy for <br />your records prior to application for the building permit. <br /> <br />Thank: you for your assistance and your helpful suggestions.
