As mentioned in our meeting, our discussions have advanced beyond preliminary stages and so we are attempting to move at a rapid pace to begin potential redevelopment and occupancy this fall. In order to accomplish this aggressive timetable, meetings such as the one held Monday are vital. We hope to have your continued cooperation and any direction you can provide that would help the momentum of this project. In light of that, we request an opportunity to meet with Roseville City Council during its work session Monday, March 20 to review our preliminary redevelopment concept of the site and address questions and comments of council members. Dennis, please contact me to confirm whether we can present our plans at the March 20 meeting; we will be prepared to present our proposal to the City Council at that time.
