<br />SECTION: <br /> <br />11 -1 9-1 : <br />11-19-3: <br />11-19-5: <br />11 -1 9-7: <br />11-19-9: <br />11 -1 9-11 : <br />11-19-13: <br />11-19-15: <br />11-1 9-1 7: <br />11-19-19: <br />11-19-21: <br /> <br />c~~ 4La,~ll€ <br />~, u:x::o <br /> <br />CHAPTER 19 <br /> <br />OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Purpose <br />Application Of Off-Street Parking Regulations <br />Site Plan Drawing Necessary <br />General Provisions <br />Maintenance <br />Location <br />Number Of Spaces Required <br />Off-Street Bicycle and Motorcycle Parking <br />Joint Facilities <br />Off-Site Parking <br />CBD District Parking <br /> <br />11-19-1: PURPOSE: The regulation of off-street parking spaces in this Title is to alleviate <br />or prevent congestion of the public rights of way and to promote the safety and general <br />welfare of the public, by establishing minimum requirements for off-street parking of motor <br />vehicles in accordance with the intensity of utilization of various parcels of land or <br />structures. <br /> <br />11-19-3: APPLICATION OF OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS: The regulations <br />and requirements set forth herein shall apply to all off-street parking facilities in all of the <br />zoning districts of the City. <br /> <br />11-19-5: SITE PLAN DRAWING NECESSARY: All applications for a building permit or <br />a certificate of occupancy in all zoning districts shall be accompanied by a site plan, as <br />specified in Chapter 9 of this Title, indicating the location of off-street parking and loading <br />spaces in compliance with the requirements set forth in this Chapter. <br /> <br />A. For lots of record established after January 1, 1994, all site plans for single-family <br />homes must provide for the location of a three (3) stall attached garage, whether <br />or not construction is intended. <br /> <br />B. For lots of record and preliminary platted lots having legal standing established On <br />January 1, 1994, all site plans for single-family homes shall provide for the location <br />of a two (2) stall garage, whether or not construction is intended. <br /> <br />19-1 <br />
