The City Council <br /> shall rsserve the right to require additional stalls <br /> if determined necessary. <br /> Auditoriums, Theaters, One (1) space per three (3) seats of design <br /> Religious Institutions, Sports capacity of the main assembly with a maximum <br /> Arenas capacity less than or equal to one thousand <br /> (1,000) persons or one (1) space per two and <br /> one-half (2.5) seats of design capacity of the <br /> main assembly with a maximum capacity <br /> greater than one thousand (1,000) persons, <br /> plus additional spaces required for adjoined <br />Institutional facilities, not including sports arenas(see <br /> below). <br /> Community Center, Physical Ten (10) spaces plus one (1) space per three <br /> Culture Studio, Libraries, hundred (300) sq. ft. over two thousand (2,000) <br /> Museums sq. ft. of the principal structure. <br /> Nursing Homes, Rest Homes Residential Care Facility: Two (2) spaces per <br /> unit. for uses serving six (6) or fewer persons in <br /> a residential district. <br /> Other: Four (4) spaces plus one (1) space for <br /> each three beds and additional space as 1 <br /> determined by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> Private or Private non-profit One (1) space per eight (8) seats of design <br /> Baseball Fields capacity. <br />Institutional School, Elementary and Junior One (1) space per seven (7) students based <br /> High upon building design. <br /> School, High School and post One (1) space per three (3) students based on <br /> High School Facilities building design capacity, plus one (1) space per <br />- classroom. <br />- <br /> <br />19-13 <br />
