<br />(c) Motel: One space for each dwelling unit or lodging room plus one additional space <br />for each eight (8) units. Additional spaces shall be required [or liquor or restaurant facilities <br />on the premis:':s. <br /> <br />(d) Church, auditorium or undertaking establishments: One parking space for each <br />three and one-half (3 1/2) scats based on the design capacity of the main assembly hall. <br /> <br />(e) Hospital: One and one-half (I 1/2) parking spaces for each three (3) patient beds <br />plus one space for each two (2) employees, plus one space for each staff doctor. <br /> <br />(f) Rest homes, nursing homes, sanitariums or homes for the aged and children: One <br />space for each four (4) beds 'plus one space for each two (2) employees and one space for each <br />staff doctor. <br /> <br />(g) Day nurseries: Ten (10) spaces plus one space for each five hundred (500) square <br />feet of floor space in the principal structure. (Ord. No. 479, ~ 3, 04-12-90). <br /> <br />(h) Medical or dental clinic: Three (3) parking spaces for each staff doctor practicing <br />on tht: premises at anyone time or one space for each one hundred fifty (150) square feet of <br />gross floor area. whichever is greater. <br /> <br />(i) Office buildings or prof:,:ssional offices having less than six thousand square feet <br />of floor area: One parking space for each one hundred fifty (150) square feet of floor space. <br /> <br />(j) Office buildings or professional offices having six thousand square feet or more <br />of floor area: One parking space for each one hundred fifty (150) square feet of floor space <br />for the first six thousand (6,000) square feet of floor area; thence one parking space for each <br />two hundred (200) square feet of floor area thereafter. <br /> <br />(k) Theater: One parking space for each three (3) seats. <br /> <br />(I) Recreation facilities: One (I) space for every three (3) occupants, based on the <br />maximum occupant load of the building. (Ord. No. 479, ~ 3, 04-12-90) <br /> <br />(m) Bowling alley: Five (5) parking spaces for each alley plus additional spaces as may <br />be required herein for related uses such as a restaurant or liquor facility. <br /> <br />(n) Motor fuel station: Four (4) off-street parking spaces plus two (2) off-street parking <br />spaces for each service stall if any. <br /> <br />(0) Retail store: One parking space for each one hundred fifty (150) square feet of <br />floor area up to a total floor area of twenty thousand (20,000) square feet; thereafter, one space <br />for each two hundred (200) square feet of floor area. <br /> <br />(p) Restaurants, cafes, bars, taverns, or nightclubs: One parking space for each three <br />(3) seats based on capacity design. <br /> <br />(q) Banks or.s.~yings and lo.~ns: One parking space for each two hundred fifty (250) <br />square feet of gross floor area plus six (6) stacking spaces for each drive-in window. <br /> <br />(r) Car wash: Five (5) parking spaces for each washing lane pius one space for every <br />two (2) employees.
