BY AMENDING THE <br />ZONlr-x; roDE Ai'ID ZOOING MAP PLRSUAiVf TO SECTlOOS 16,010, 16.020, <br />16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Rosevi11e. the property <br />owners filed an application with the Village Clerk in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone fran "R-l" to "R.;.3" the following <br /> <br />described real property. to wit: <br /> <br />The East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the <br />Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 13. <br />Township 29. Range 23. except the North 381.58 <br />feet. all lying and being in Ramsey COtmty, Minnesota. <br /> <br />VlHEREAS,the Village Cotmcil by motion referred sarne to <br /> <br />the Pl8IU1ing Ccmnission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Planning Coomission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and p-ublic he,~ringmade its iEicciDnendation to the Village Council that <br /> <br />said property be rezoned to "R~3" ~ and <br /> <br />l'lfEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 11th day of May, 1964 at the <br />Village Hall at its regular Council meeting. <br />NO'l. 1HEREFCRE, pursuant to said hearing and the reccmnendation <br />of the Planning Camtission that said property be rezoned to "R-3". <br />The Village Council of Roseville, t-ti.nnesota, ordains: <br /> <br />.- . <br />-- <br />
