Within any "P" district, no accessory structure or land <br />shall be permitted except for one or more of the following uses or uses deemed similar by the <br />city council: _ <br /> <br />(I) Clubhouses, maintenance buildings or other related structures on the <br />grounds of golf courses. <br /> <br />(2) ConveDts, seminaries, monasteries and mmneries, rectories, parsonages <br />and parish hauses and religious retre21ts when accessory to a church, <br />chapel, temple or synagogue. <br /> <br />(3) Accessory uses as permitted in subsection AI-34(d). <br /> <br />(d) Conditnonal uses. Within any "P''' district, no s!ructure or land shall be used for tr..e <br />following uses or uses deemed similalr by the city council except by conditionan use permit: <br /> <br />(1) Any structure o~herwise permit!ed but i;mceecHng forty (40) feet in <br />height <br /> <br />(2) Public utility building, structure. or servnce hcility, includling electric substations. <br />occupying in excess of five hundred (500) square feet of land area. under the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. When located adjacent to a designated utility corridor as id~ntified in the <br />utility chapter of Roe city's comprehensnve pRam Or utility location plan as <br />adopted by the ci!y COUlI1cH, if iJDl existence. <br /> <br />Ii. When adequate security is provided through he use of appropriate fencing <br />sind/or windowless building waUs. Preferred fencing shall be a solid masonry <br />wall, unless it can foe demons~r21ted that the fClDiced (acUity requires the <br />movement of air for cooling purposes which would be inhibited by a solid <br /> <br />59 <br />
