<br />driver of any vehicle entering or leaving such lot shall comply with anyone-way signs so <br />posted. <br />B. No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a speed greater than is safe and <br />reasonable under the conditions of then existing traffic and in no event exceed a speed of <br />fifteen (15) miles per hour. <br /> <br />C. PARKING on such lots shall conform to any stalls or positions for PARKING <br />designated on the surface of the PARKING area. <br /> <br />D. No yehicle shall be PARKED or allowed to stand in any area of such PARKING <br />lot which has been designated or is used for a lane for moying traffic so as to interfere <br />with the movement oftraffic. (Ord. 401, 8-26-63) <br /> <br />E. No motor vehicle shall be PARKED or allowed to stand in such a lot at a curb <br />which is painted yellow. <br /> <br />F. No motor vehicle shall be PARKED or allowed to stand in such a lot in front of <br />any entrance to any business open to public patronage. (1990 Code) <br /> <br />703.04: DRIVEWAY AND PARKING LOT STANDARDS: <br /> <br />A. New Commercial Uses: The location and specifications for curb cuts and <br />driveways in accordance with this Section shall be a necessary part of the plot plan for <br />the use and structure and must be approved prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />B. Standards For Driveways And PARKING Lots: The following regulations shall <br />apply to all driveways and aisles in PARKING lots: <br />I. Maximum Width: <br />a. R-I And R-2 Zones: For single-family and duplex principal structures within the R-I <br />and R-2 Zones, the maximum width of any driveway at the property line shall be twenty <br />six feet (26'). In addition to the maximum width, at each side of the driveway where the <br />driveway intersects the street, three foot (3') flares are permitted. The maximum driveway <br />width for all other uses shall be thirty six feet (36') and ten foot (10') flares are permitted. <br />b. All Other Zones: Except for the single-family and duplex principal structures, the <br />maximum driveway width for all other types of properties shall be thirty six feet (36') as <br />measured at the property line. In addition to the maximum width, at each side of the <br />driveway for such property where the driveway intersects the street, ten foot (10') flares <br />are permitted. <br />2. Minimum Distance: The minimum distance between edges of driveways at the <br />front property line right-of-way line shall be ten feet (10') except in planned unit. <br />developments where the development agreement shall specify the distance. <br />3. PARKING Lot Aisle: Any driye aisle in a PARKING lot in any residential <br />zoning district serving a building containing three (3) or more dwelling units or in any <br /> <br />5 <br />
