The new enclosed dock and compactor area for TJ Maxx and the mall, which <br />will be built to replace the existing dock, is 1,867 square feet. The existing Home Place <br />building is 54,489 square feet and the existing dock and mall compactor enclosure is 1,797 <br />square feet.
