While <br />the application you filed February 7tb. contained most of the information required by the City, it was <br />nonetheless incomplete in that it failed to include required payment for the mailing labels for <br />notifying abutting property owners of the public hearing. The City Planner notified your client of the <br />need for the additiomil fee within 10 days and the City records indicate receipt of payment by your <br />client of the required fee on February 15, 1999. <br /> <br />While it appears from this review that the application was fully complete on February 15, <br />1999 instead of February 18,2000 as noted on all Planning Commission and City Council materials, <br />the final City action on the application nonetheless occurred within 60 days of February 15, 1999. <br />Following our review of the process, we have concluded that there was no violation of M.S. 1599, <br />and consequently your demand is rejected. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />Campbell Knutson <br />ProfessionaZAssociation <br /> <br />BY~f~ <br />oel J.
