Due to <br />its orientation, the portion of the Mall that includes Old Chicago and Famous Footwear <br />(south-facing) has been determined to be an integral component of the west-facing <br />facade. <br /> <br />· The west-facing facade (including Old Chicago and Famous Footwear) has a signage <br />allowance equal to 10% of that facades total square footage. This portion of the west- <br />facing facade has a total size of 35,493 square feet and a signage allowance of 3,549 <br />square feet. <br /> <br />· The southern most portion of the west-facing Cub Food facade does not front a street and <br />therefore this portion of the Mall has a signage allowance equal to 5% of that facades <br />total square footage.
