<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to establish a public hearing
<br />for the regular City Council meeting of Monday, April 10, 2000 to
<br />consider the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association's request for
<br />approval of placement of a water ski course and water ski jump on
<br />Lake Owasso, Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />& Kysylyczyn, Nays: None,

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize the Fire Marshal
<br />to issue a burn permit to Ramsey County Parks and Recreation
<br />Department for burns at the natural area around the ponds at Lake
<br />McCarrons County Park; at a site on the north side of County
<br />Road C-2, east of Lexington Avenue, in Lake Josephine County
<br />Park; and, at a small 3-acre area within Roseville's Waterworks
<br />Park, said permits to be issued conditioned upon compliance with
<br />the following stipulations: a) the effective date shall be from March
<br />28,2000 through May 10, 2000; b) the burn shall be conducted by
<br />acknowledged experts from the Ramsey County Parks and
<br />Recreation Department; and, c) Ramsey County Parks and
