My understanding is that <br />this request needs to be approved by the Community Development Director and City Manager. <br />Once you have had a chance to review this request and approve, please send your written <br />approval to my attention. Upon your approval being received I will then send a request to <br />Ramsey County for the described parcels to be consolidated into one parcel. As required under <br />Chapter 1104 of the City Code, I have attached a Certificate of Survey, prepared by Westwood <br />Professional Services, Inc., dated February 7, 2000 depicting the attached described parcels. <br /> <br />Thank you for your attention to this matter and I look forward to seeing your approval letter.
