901 .06 901.06: PERMITS, INSPECTIONS AND FEES: The issuance of permits, cOfloucting of inspcctioFl and collection of fees shall be as J:Ho'4'ided for in the Unifoim Building Code or in other sections at the City Code and the amount of permit fees shall be the total of the following: A. The amount of the fees shall be as determined by the tabla eet forth in Scotian 901.08 of thiG Chaptor; plus B. An amount equal to eight percent (8%) of the amount determined by subsection A above, to be used to defray the cost of fjre safety inspec- tions. When the valuation of the proposed construction exceeds one thousand doHars ($1,000.00) and a plan is re- quired to be submitted by this Code, a plan checking fee shall be paid at the time of submitting plans and specifica- tions for checking. Plan checking fees for all buildings, except for construction costs in R-1 , zones of less than fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) shall be sixty five percent (65%) of the building permit fees as set forth in Section 901.08 of this Chapter.
