As you know, we are requesting a rezoning from <br />Shopping Center District to Business Planned Unit Development. The concept Planning <br />Commission meeting is this evening. <br /> <br />We were recently advised that improvements to the Hamline Center may be required as <br />part of the PUD approval. Therefore, we are requesting a Special Service District to assist <br />in financing the anticipated improvement. We do not know the full scope of these <br />requirements; therefore we do not have any estimated total dollar amount to be requested <br />at this time.
