TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, April 12, 2000, at 6:30 p.m., for the purpose of holding a public hearing and considering the following requests: Plan nine File 3199: A request by Krause-Anderson for consideration of a CONCEPT PUD, rezoning the property encompassing Hamline Center from SC, Shopping Center District to B-PUD, Business Planned Unit Development. Hamline Center is located at 2797 - 2833 Hamline Avenue and legally described as: The East 623 feet ofthe North 587 feet ofthe South 947 feet of the Northeast Y4 of the Southwest Y4, except the ease 331 feet of the North 274 feet thereof, Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, according to the United States Government Survey thereof; subject to the rights of the public roads. Subject to and together with easements and covenants contained in Declaration of Easements and Covenants dated September 15, 1983, recorded September 15, 1983, as Document No. 2192991, in Office of the County Recorder, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota. (PID # 0329233100270) Plan nine File 3201: A request by the City of Roseville for a text amendment to the Industrial Districts chapter of the Roseville City Code. Particularly, Section 1007.01E (Building Height) is proposed to modify the building height allowance from the current language "shall not be greater than 45 feet..." to a proposed language "not greater than 45 feet or four office stories...." Plan nine File 3174: A request by the City of Roseville to consider an amendment to Section 1016.26 ofthe Roseville City Code, specifically amending requirements regulating storm water management. The amendment is a requirement ofthe Metropolitan Council's approval ofRoseville's Comprehensive Plan.
