Staff recommended certain <br />modifications and inclusions to the proposal. However, some of the <br />items will not be available until Monday. <br /> <br />Attached is a narrative of all the improvements Krause-Anderson <br />proposes to complete and associated attachments. <br /> <br />I will be receiving the revised landscaping, parking lot improvement, <br />trash enclosure, and new site light standard plans on Monday. I will <br />distribute the plans to your attention by Monday afternoon. <br /> <br />Should have any questions, please call Dennis or I on Monday.
