Mastel asked whether the property owner was Resolution 9953 current on property taxes. Kysylyczyn asked about lien holders. 1661 Stan bridge Street Maschka commented about tax forfeiture. Goedeke asked about Abatement occupancy of the structure. Klausing asked how, and how likely it (PF3200)) is that, the City and its citizens will recoup the $37,354 in proposed abatement costs. Mastel asked about occupancy during reconstruction. Goedeke asked about the appraised value of the home. Kysylyczyn asked about painting versus vinyl siding, and the general level to which abated property should be raised. Mastel, Maschka, and Klausing commented in favor of siding. Klausing commented on health, safety and welfare concerns. Kysylyczyn moved, Mastel seconded, to continue this agenda item to the November 26,2001 Council meeting, in order to receive more information regarding the amount of the outstanding mortgage on the property, any liens, and the appraised value of the property. Following Council discussion, Kysylyczyn withdrew the motion. Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize, by resolution, the Community Development Director to abate those City Code violations identified in the report dated November 13, 2001, which are still in violation as of November 13, 2001. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. H-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to approve Love from Liquor License Minnesota's On-Sale Wine License for Establishments with 75 Love/rom Minnesota Seats or Less at 2465 Fairview Avenue North. Roll Call, Ayes: 2465 Fairview Avenue Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. H-3 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, to approve the renewal of the 2002 Renewals listed liquor licenses for calendar year 2002 with the condition that Liquor Licenses all required application items be submitted before the licenses may be issued. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none.
