Action suspended until mid-July. <br />07-21-99 Inspection revealed structure still in need of paint. <br />08-19-99 Inspection revealed structure still in need of paint. <br />08- 23-99 Inspection performed to document conditions - pictures taken. As no work was <br /> performed on the site, the decision was made to pursue abatement. <br />12-02-99 Inspection performed on site, pictures taken, report of conditions and required repairs <br /> completed. <br />01-04-00 Letter sent to property owner identifying violations and required repairs <br /> (by certified mail). <br />01-28-00 Met with Valeria Zupfer (owner) and Tasia Zupfer (daughter) to discuss violations and <br /> intent to abate. Advised that the City intends to initiate abatement proceedings and <br /> abate any listed violation not brought into compliance by 08-01-00. <br />
